Article 1: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements through cotonstore.be. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Product and Prices
All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or duties that the Customer is obliged to pay. If delivery, reservation or administrative fees are charged, this will be stated separately. 
Delivery costs by country are:

Purchases under 100 euros:

Purchases under 120 euros:

Netherlands €12

France €15

Germany €15

Free shipping is not available for items purchased at a discount.

Article 3: Ordering and Payment
All products on the website can be purchased online; you can pay securely through our offered payment modes. Delivery of goods is free from a purchase amount of 150 Euro and this for Belgium & the Netherlands, and, with the exception of discounted articles.

Select the desired product in the correct size. Add it to the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and You will get an overview of the selected products. Choose to continue ordering. Fill in the necessary details. Continue and confirm your delivery method. Go to the payment module and choose a payment method.

The Customer has the choice between the following payment methods:

  • VISA
  • Ideal
  • Maestro
  • Apple Pay
  • Mastercard
  • Bancontact

The order will be shipped only after ontvagst of payment.

Article 5: delivery and shipment
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is free with orders over $150. We ship via bpost and provide a track & trace code. The shop is not responsible for carrier delays. The shop is not responsible for damage to the packaging. If the address provided is incorrect, additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6: Returns
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and with original tags. Some products such as accessories, jewelry, bags cannot be returned. The returned item must be free of makeup, perfume or other signs of use to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return.

Returns and free shipping:

Bij bestelling vanaf (België) €100 bieden wij gratis verzending. Als je een artikel retourneert en het totaalbedrag van je bestelling hierdoor onder de €100 komt, worden de verzendkosten alsnog in rekening gebracht. Deze kosten worden verrekend met het terug te betalen bedrag.

Article 7: Complaints and Warranty
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? If so, please take the following steps: Contact us at [Email address] with a clear description of the problem and any photos of the defective product. We will respond within 3 business days and request additional information if necessary. Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as: a replacement product, a (partial) refund. We guarantee that our products are of good quality. Should a product be defective, please contact us at [Email address] within 5 days of receipt. We offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, Damage due to misuse, Damage due to washing in violation of washing instructions.

Article 8: Liability.
The webshop is not liable for: Indirect damages, such as consequential damages or lost profits. Colors that appear different in the photos (slight color variations possible). Delivery service delays. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
